Terms of Use
The basics of how this site and its connection service work.
The service
Montebello Leak Detection is a free service connecting homeowners with independent local leak detection and plumbing contractors serving Montebello, CA and the San Gabriel Valley. The connection is free. We are not a plumbing contractor and do not perform, supervise or guarantee any work.
Contractors, quotes and work
Contractors you are connected with are independent businesses. They provide their own quotes, terms and any warranties, and charge you directly for diagnostics and repair. Price ranges on this site are typical diagnostic ranges, not fixed prices or offers; the contractor confirms an exact quote on-site before you authorize work. You are responsible for checking a contractor's credentials before hiring them.
Availability
Calls are answered 24/7 and same-day visits are offered, but timing depends on location and demand. Not every leak can be located with non-invasive methods, and some access openings may be needed.
Information only
